These products are chosen to follow your company’s corporate retirement plan investment policy statement and to create a program that helps you attract and retain employees.

The Services we provide include:

  • Establishing and Maintaining the Plan’s Investment Policy Statement:
    Having an investment policy statement in place, and following the outlined processes, has been shown to help reduce fiduciary liability and provides a procedure for hiring and firing investment managers for the plan.
  • Selecting Investment Options:
    Based on stated criteria, we assist the plan sponsor/investment committee in selecting new investment options for their plan or enhancing the current investment menu.
  • Searching for a Retirement Plan Record Keeper, Actuary or Vendor:
    We perform formal and informal searches for new vendors for our clients. These searches can be for a single record keeper or for an entire bundled program. We assist plan sponsors in implementing any changes to the program and help guide you through the conversion.
  • Monitoring and Reviewing Investment Options:
    Once an investment menu has been established, quarterly reviews are conducted to determine the performance and effectiveness of the plan’s investment managers. We meet with all of our clients, at least annually, to review their options, rebalance portfolios and to suggest and implement improvements to the plan.
  • Implementing Comprehensive Employee Education Campaigns:
    Education is a major component in the success of employee directed plans. Our unique four-step process is designed to educate all participants both in group settings and through one-on-one meetings.
  • Performing Fiduciary Reviews and Audits:
    This process provides an in-depth review of the investment process established for the retirement plan. This analysis helps to identify more appropriate procedures for diversifying the assets across multiple asset classes and peer groups, evaluating investment management fees and expenses, selecting investment options and terminating money managers and/or mutual funds that are no longer appropriate.

We also provide comprehensive quarterly performance reviews, consulting, and education programs for employers and employees.
